Who we are
iPersonality is the people analytics platform of iPersonality Global Institute, S.L., based in Madrid. It was founded by Deibson Silva.
Scale and clients
More than 300 organisations use the platform, and thousands of people have used it.
iPersonality's clients include the Government of Rio de Janeiro (through CECIERJ), Petrobras and Ambep.
How we work
