Frequently asked questions about iPersonality

Short answers to what we are asked most: what iPersonality is, who decides about each person, the psychosocial risk assessment, white-label reports and prices.

What is iPersonality?
With iPersonality you get to know the people in a team: how they think and what drives them. It is the map of every company you work with, in a complete platform for hunting, people management and organisational culture mapping.
Who decides who is hired or promoted?
Always a person in the company. The platform brings data and criteria: profiles, fit with the role, the 9-box and the succession map. The decision about each person is made by whoever holds that responsibility.
Can iPersonality be used for psychosocial risk assessment?
Yes, to support prevention. Employers must assess and prevent psychosocial risks. The iPPA questionnaire has 80 items, produces a report by factor and never shows a group result with fewer than five responses. It is not a health assessment and it is not a report about an individual.
How much does iPersonality cost?
A single report costs €29, excluding VAT. Plans start at €79 a month, excluding VAT (Practitioner · Starter). Every price, excluding VAT, is on the pricing page.
Who uses iPersonality?
More than 300 organisations use the platform. iPersonality's clients include the Government of Rio de Janeiro (through CECIERJ), Petrobras and Ambep.
Can I deliver the reports under my consultancy's brand?
Yes. The Practitioner · Enterprise, Consultancy · Professional, Consultancy · Enterprise, Company · Enterprise, Institute · Professional, Institute · Enterprise and Licensee · Enterprise plans carry your brand. On the other plans, own branding is an add-on at €99 a month, excluding VAT.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are published excluding VAT. In the EU, VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and VAT number. No Spanish VAT is charged to UK customers.
How does iPersonality protect survey anonymity?
No group result is shown with fewer than five responses. The psychosocial risk report is not issued below that minimum, and no team breakdown goes below it.
