Psychosocial risk prevention

Psychosocial risk assessment for employers

Employers must assess and prevent psychosocial risks. With iPPA, your people answer an anonymous 80-item questionnaire and you receive a report by factor to plan prevention. No group result is shown with fewer than five responses.

What the law requires in Spain

Spain's Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks requires employers to assess the risks of each job, psychosocial risks included, and to plan prevention measures.

The technical assessment belongs to your prevention service. iPPA gives it the data by factor to carry it out.

How iPPA works

  • An 80-item questionnaire on a five-point scale.
  • A report by work-related risk factor, never by person.
  • Anonymity: the report is not issued with fewer than five responses, and no team breakdown goes below that minimum.
  • Original items, derived from public reference models: COPSOQ III, the HSE Management Standards, demand-control and effort-reward.

Prevention, never a health assessment

iPPA looks at working conditions, not at anyone's health. It produces no individual profiles and no health data. The platform proposes; the company decides the measures with its prevention service.

Managing psychosocial risks as prevention draws on public references such as the Technical Prevention Notes (NTP) of Spain's INSST and the ISO 45003 standard. iPPA does not replace those references or your prevention service.

Price

With no subscription: €24 per person assessed, excluding VAT, with a minimum of 20 people. With a plan, you pay your plan's price per person.
